Saad Foundation takes utmost care to process donations as per instructions given by donors, online and offline. In the unlikely event of an erroneous donation, or if the donor would like to cancel a donation, we will respond within 7 working days of receiving a valid refund request.

Refund Request Window

The donor must email a refund request within 2 days of making the donation to saadfoundation2010@gmail.com.

Required Details

• Donation receipt or proof showing the amount deducted.
• Donor name, email address, phone number and transaction/reference number.
• Original receipt returned to our office if a printed donation receipt has already been issued.

Tax Certificate Condition

The donation cannot be refunded if a tax exemption certificate has already been issued, except where the refund request is valid due to an error on our part.

Refund Timeline

The actual credit timeline depends on the bank, card, UPI or payment instrument used during the transaction.
